PERFECT STORM: DIVORCING COUPLES FORCED TO LIVE TOGETHER

Given the current state of the economy, more and more couples are faced with no option but to remain together in the former marital residence either while waiting to conclude a divorce or, remarkably, after the dissolution is final. These untraditional living arrangements are brought on by the decline in home values, loss of jobs and foreclosures. One of our very own Maricopa County Superior Judges weighs in that he has never seen things like this before.
